This was the front door in a house I'm renovating. It is in very good condition and with a light sanding and varnishing will look like new. The glass insert is also in excellent condition. If bought new it would be valued at well over $1,400, and hard to find real solid wood, not veneer or fiberglass. Added bonus is that it comes with a key that operates the main lock and the deadbolt.
