I am almost 73 now and this works amazing but I do not need it anymore as my insurance gives me gym membership and I now have hot tub, swimming and exercise machines to use. This works fine with five powerful motors and heat. The motors have off, low, med and hi. Heat is either on or off. Attaches to many chairs and has a handy pocket that hangs down to store the controller. Price is firm and money well spent if you need it.
