Magnolia’s Cafe is looking for an experienced, reliable server to join our team. We have an immediate opening for someone who can handle a busy section, communicate well, and work smoothly with others.
Compensation:
We pay server minimum wage, and with tips our servers average $40–$45 per hour, making this one of the highest‑earning server positions on the Island.
Schedule:
We are specifically hiring for day shifts.
Our hours are:
• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–2 PM
• Sat–Sun: 8 AM–3 PM
Perfect for someone who wants their evenings free.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced section
• Team‑oriented attitude
• Prior serving experience preferred
