This was purchased for a lesson idea resource when I began teaching piano in 2008. I believe that I only thumbed through the book. It has no added markings of any kind. The DVDs are completely unused. After teaching piano for 11 years, I would say that this set is a solid introduction to piano theory, technique, and styles. It is best suited for teens through adults who are beginning their piano training journey.
