🎯 Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with fluent knowledge of Microvellum software. This role is crucial in transforming design concepts into detailed production drawings for our fabrication and installation teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in both residential and commercial millwork, understands real-world manufacturing processes, and works collaboratively with project managers, designers, and shop staff.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed shop drawings using Microvellum based on design specifications, architectural plans, and field measurements
• Prepare cut lists, CNC-ready files, and BOMs for production
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure design intent and constructability
• Make revisions and resolve design conflicts based on site conditions or feedback
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization across all project files
• Assist in developing and optimizing internal drafting standards and processes

✅ Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in drafting within the cabinet/millwork industry
• Proficient in Microvellum (AutoCAD-based), including parametric design and database tools
• Proven experience with both residential cabinetry and commercial casework
• Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and millwork construction techniques
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
