I am selling my '92 Acura Vigor. Rare Honda 5cyl 4spd Automatic. This car has been my daily driver since I moved to Florida 2 years ago, and has been a very good car to me. I have all of the original books and paperwork, as well as all of the maintenance records from the original owner (will have to add pictures later). This is a very rare car that is hard to find, and has been pretty meticulously cared for by the previous owner(s).
- 2.5 inline 5 cylinder
- 4 speed automatic transmission
- Leather Seats
- Power Windows
- Sunroof (working)
- Original Radio
- Both sets of keys
- Original paperwork that came with the car
- Previous owners notebook with in depth details about maintenance
In the last month or so this car has needed extra time, care, and love put into it than I am able to provide. (I work 50 hours a week, and am out of town on weekends)
****THE REASON I AM SELLING****:
*The main reason I am selling this car is because I was coming home from work on 295 and the car slipped out of 4th Gear on the highway. When I pulled into my driveway and tried to put it into reverse, it would not fully go into gear. Other than that, 1st 2nd and 3rd go into gear and shift fine. So, whenever I parked it, 4th gear and Reverse were not working as far as I could tell. I have no idea how big of an issue this is, and unfortunately do not have the time or money to fix the issue.
The AC also went out, Speedometer stopped working with the transmission issue. The interior is clean, but not perfect. There is a tear in the driver's seat, as well as the passenger's seat (30 year old leather interior). Dash has no cracks, other than the seats the interior is in pretty decent shape.
I really hate to get rid of the car, I would keep it forever if I could. If I had a second car I would keep this one and put in the time to get it back in shape. These cars in perfect condition have also sold online upwards of $15,000 and are a collector's item to any Acura/Honda enthusiasts.
The price is very negotiable, as I don't know enough about cars to know exactly what it would take to get this one back in good shape. I will answer any/all questions you have about this car, and can provide additional pictures if you want. Offer a price, the worst I can say is no. Willing to entertain the idea of a trade as well. Thanks in advance.
