1990 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4x4 for sale. Second owner 192,000 miles. Purchased end of 2020 to fix up & have for a fun second vehicle. Haven’t had the time to work on it. It has two newer front tires, new battery purchased in September 2025 & new alternator replaced earlier this year. The exterior & interior are in really great condition for the year & has been taken care of given its age. New gas tank. Has original AM/FM cassette tape player which worked up until recently, I suspect it needs a fuse replaced. Power windows all work but the seals need to be replaced. For the windshield, the glass itself is in great condition, no cracks, the seal around it is worn & needs to be removed & reset to get rid of the small leak when it rains (noticed this early on & have kept it covered, no water damage). Steering radius is off when turning right (Pittman arm?). Starts & drives but wants to overheat after running for a bit, not sure the cause. As far as I know, 4x4 is in working condition. Has only been driven in the neighborhood next door. Probably needs to be moved by trailer to be safe unless you’re right around the corner. Great for a mechanic, does need work. No major signs of rust but does have some on the underside. As stated, does need work as this was purchased as a project vehicle & aside from what is in the description, I’m unsure of what else it needs as I’m not mechanically inclined past replacing certain parts, keeping it maintained & maybe doing some YouTube diagnosing. Feel free to reach out if interested in it, will be a project but for anyone with mechanical knowledge should be a breeze. Hate to part with it but it’s time. Selling as is for $5000 or best offer. Thank you!
