Requirements:
* Able to type 30 WPM (will be tested to verify),
* Ability to utilize a computer (email, inputting customer data),
* Cleaning, facility (sweeping out units, opening garage doors to show clients),
* Multiple Daily Lock Checks - Walking the property to make sure each unit is locked/secure
We rent to people with self storage needs and also boat/rv storage requirements. If you have a background in self storage, hospitality, or leasing, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!
