Looking for housing for some trade (Atlantic Beach)

I am 57 my daughter is moving and I need affordable housing. I’m very clean and organized. I love to do a ton of different house chores. I own my car. I’m insured I can drive you around. I can cook, shop, clean, organize also garden, carpet, shampoo, and vacuum. I can do a ton of stuff I’m looking for a mother-in-law suite or some sort of arrangement similar and I can pay 500 a month plus all the housing chores if someone could reach out thank you I’m looking for a long-term living. I’m very active and have a positive frame of mine and a good work ethic. My lease is up February 1st 2026
