Available room to rent for a senior citizen (Atlantic Beach)

If you have an elderly parent and you, you’re feeling uneasy about them being home alone, I am renting a room out in my two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The rent is almost $800 plus half the bill so it’s gonna be around $1000 a month I have a small Maltese dog I live in Mayport at the apartment complex, 33 East. The name is gonna have to be added to the lease so they’re gonna do a background or whatever it is they do but I am OK with shopping for us cooking for us and cleaning for us and even helping with appointments. My daughter is moving out and I need someone to help to pay the rent because I will no longer get any child support. I really enjoy taking care of other others and that’s why I am willing to care of an elderly person no drinking no drugs no smoking no exceptions. I came up with this idea of a senior citizen. I can make one family member very very happy when they come here and meet me and look around the apartment will be ready August 1..
My little brother has been a police officer for 20 years. Family members can meet him. He lives across the street in case there’s any emergencies. This whole thing is on the up and up just reach out we can meet for a cup of coffee.
