We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage residential and/or commercial pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of pool construction, including pre-grade, excavation, steel and strip.
Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
Maintain project timelines and proactively address delays or issues
Conduct regular site visits and quality control checks
Communicate with clients, project managers, and office staff regarding progress and updates
Review plans, permits, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety
Track materials and coordinate deliveries
