For Sale: Redwing 34 Trawler in South Florida $50,000 Boat is fully Insured by Progressive insurance.
All equipment and boat like new.This was one Man's labor of love. I bought from the owner/builder.
The boat build started in 2015 and completed and launched on May 7 2024 here in South Florida.

Using quality wood and materials, this boat is a great example of a man who takes care and the skill needed to produce something to be proud of. Marine plywood on wood frames and fiberglassed over making for a strong durable boat to cross the seas. I crossed the Gulfstream with 6' 8' waves with no problem. This is an ocean boat.
This Boat is Designed with a Box Keel by Chesapeake Marine Design Co. Of Severna Park, MD. The Box Keel has the same wetted surface area as a conventional keel but offers many advantages. On the inside you have 18" wide by 12" deep and running the length of the boat, housing batteries and supplies. The Box Keel adds buoyancy, stability and lateral resistance. The Box keel keeps a straight course with less wondering and is lower than the outboard for prop strike prevention.
The Box keel is designed to dry out meaning that you can Beach the boat on shore or sandbar as the tide goes out.This is convenient for bottom maintenance and bottom painting. The added time and cost to incorporate the Box Keel into a build Is a wise decision.
