Frame is 100% Chromoly. Color is matte sky blue. Everything is sealed. Bottom bracket, rims, headset. It’s almost like new. Barely ridden. I paid $620 + tax for it. It’s a really good bike.
Always stored indoors. Never been in the rain.
This is (a lot) of bike for the money.
