Beautiful 2022 THOR CHATEAU 25V CLASS C MOTORHOME WITH CHEVY V8 6.0 MOTOR & CHEVY CHASSIE. ONLY 4000 ORIGINAL MILES. My wife & I purchased this RV in Oct of 2022 but haven't been able to use it much due to health issues. Just over 4000 miles on it. Onan gas Generator has under 15 hrs. 1 dinette slide out. 3 TV's. One in bedroom 1 in overhead bunk & 1 outside. Has 2 house batteries that are charged by Solor panel on roof. 2 rear stabilizer jacks. Outside propane quick attach. 2 twin beds in rear can convert to King bed. All 3 ceiling vents have upgraded fans with remote in bedroom. RV has been covered its entire life when in storage. Full outside awning with LED lights. Everything on RV is like new. Lots of outside storage. Conventional microwave. Seperate fridge & freezer. A/C all blows cold..Outside step lite. Lots of interior lighting.. Heated storage tanks. I don't think you'll find a cleaner 2022 RV than this one. Asking $85000. OR BEST OFFER or TRADES....Clear FL title in hand.
