Antique Eglomise Chinese YANYONGLI "Dian Tong" Teapot (1890-1940) Republic Era
This teapot is tin and quite heavy. The pot is octagonal, (it has eight sides) 6 of which have glass inserts. The tabs holding the handle have been repaired in some way, and one looks like it had previously broken off. It would be a great restoration project. Surrounding the panels the metal has been nicely cast in a scroll pattern and the feet also have a pattern. 九棱春宫图
