1929 Nash Model 420 Standard Six 4 Door Sedan. You will see many Model A's but rarely will you see a Nash.

This classic collectable is 95 years old and in great shape to fully restore and drive as is, this same type of car is seen in a lot of the old movies with the gangsters and Thompson tommy guns.. Mileage at the time of this listing is 19,630 original miles. This car was running and driving, but now has carburator gas leak, probably a gasket. The engine does not smoke and has good oil pressure. There is no oil leaks on the ground where the car is parked. The vacuum tank works excellent and has been rebuilt. The transmission shifts perfectly into all gears and the clutch works well. The mechanical brakes work well. The oil pressure gauge, speedometer, ammeter, and temperature gauge work. The fuel gauge is not working but may just need fluid added. The gauges all look brand new, steering wheel is perfect, horn works, lights work, body is straight with no dents and minor surface rust as far as I can tell. The paint is still very shiny and has a cool patina look to it. The wooden running boards have been restored and are in good shape. The wooden rims are in great shape and are very solid along with the original spare wheel and tire. The wheels have the original center caps. Tires have tread and hold air, except for spare, it is blown. All doors and windows open and close as should. Most of the glass is perfect, the windshield ended up with a crack in it, I think from the sun. The top exterior looks good but starting to pull apart in the corners. The top wooden bows are in great shape. Some of the interior needs to be finished. Two door panels have been recovered with a caiman vinyl. The back seat and the front seat bottom have been re-foamed and recovered with the same material about 8 years ago. The seats are extremely comfortable. This car is a 6 Volt Battery system and has many new parts, brand new battery cables, NOS cloth spark plug wires, new spark plugs, NOS distributor cap, rotor, condenser, and points, new thermostat and gasket, brand new coil, new fuel filter and fuel cut off switch. Fuel tank has been rebuilt and restored and I only use Non-Ethanol gas in it!

Included with this listing is enough caiman material to finish the interior and piping for around the doors. I have all of the window trim.

I have overly described the car to the best of my knowledge. This is an excellent car that is in really good shape for restoration, it does overheat after about 2 miles, but I've just put new thermostat in it and will see if that fixes the problem! Turns out the water pump was locked up and broke the generator belt, water pump will have to be rebuilt. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
It has original oil change sticker on post from 65 years ago and 3000 miles ago!
This antique car is a garage find and is a great investment and will only continue to go up in value as long as the car is taken care of, you could turn it into a money maker with renting it out hourly or daily for events and movies, etc., take it to the old car shows, have fun with it!
I can deliver the car within a reasonable distance.

Would possibly be interested in trading for a diesel 4x4 dually quad cab truck.
