Single room 9000 btu mini split a/c with heat pump. Also has the newest inverter technology where it drops power consumption to 12 volts DC.
That helps save on power bill. It is still brand new in the manufacturer boxes. Comes with a wifi adaptor so it can be controlled from an app on the phone. I bought it to use in a mobile configuration, but is more designed for home or office use. I paid over $700 for the unit, selling for $500 please no low ballers.
Comes with what is needed to hook it up. Precharged with refrigerant
