There’s nothing wrong with it, and it’s less than 2 years old.
The only issue is tenant insisting on a large washer and dryer because there are 7 roomates in their household and driving me nuts for a large capacity washer and dryer. I paid $1,749 plus tax from homedepot. You’re welcome to come and test it as much as you’d like.
