A well-established and growing accounting firm in Northeast Florida is seeking an experienced CPA to join their team during a strategic ownership transition. This is a relationship-driven role with a clear path toward leadership and potential equity participation.
Who They're Looking For:
Active CPA license in good standing
Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Experience with 1040s, 1120s, and 1065s
Small to mid-sized firm background preferred
Ability to work independently with limited supervision

OPPORTUNITY 2: Accounting Advisory Consultant — Miami · Boca Raton · Fort Lauderdale
I am partnering with a leading national professional services firm seeking experienced Big 4 auditors for Accounting Advisory Consultant roles across South Florida.
Who They're Looking For:
Big 4 background required — PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG
3-6 years total experience, external audit as core background
3+ busy seasons completed
Audited Fortune 1000, public companies, or large PE-backed organizations
Senior Associate, Audit Senior, Assurance Senior, or early Manager level
Strong US GAAP and financial statement audit background
SOX/ICFR exposure preferred but not required
US citizen, green card, or certain visa types welcome
Not the right fit if your background is primarily in internal audit, FP&A, tax, ERP implementation, or industry-only accounting roles.
Compensation:
Starting at $100K+ with a highly competitive total package
Guaranteed bonus structure on top of base
