House is very convienantly located near Atlantic, the beaches, 9A, Mayport Naval Base, FCCJ South, UNF and downtown is just over the Arlington Expy.... House is in a quiet cul-de-sac, has washer/dryer, wireless, cable. I am clean, and house stays clean... If you're still into the going out eery night and coming home drunk phase this is definently NOT what you're looking for.
