One furnished bedroom available in an upscale 3 bedroom condo. Centrally located, 10 minutes away from Downtown or the beaches, close to shopping. Every condo overlooks a pond or a wooded area.

The condo is 1145 square feet with vaulted ceilings, brand new stainless steel appliances, a W/D, and a patio that overlooks the amenities center and pond. Amenities center has a billiards room, pool/hot tub, indoor basketball court, fitness center and a gathering room with a full size kitchen. There is plenty of free parking. The room will be rented out starting Nov 30th. You would share the condo with one other young professional, who is laid back, fairly neat, and is 420 tolerant.

NO: children, pets, indoor smoking.
