Not too far from NAS JAX and many people commute from this neighborhood. This is the first month's rent. House is fully furnished, including dishes, pots and pans, linens, etc. Large master bedroom with a garden tub and separate glass shower. Huge closet space. Room for one car in garage.

Other three bedrooms are nice sized. Beautiful dining area, eat-in kitchen. Covered patio and fenced yard. Pets on a case-by-case basis. Security deposit required, but will be held for you with interest and I'm good about returning them promptly!

This is one hour to Jacksonville, about 40 minutes to NAS JAX, 30 minutes to the Orange Park mall. Two hours to Orlando. Ninety minutes to gainesville and about forty five minutes to St. Augusitne.
