1 bedroom apartment in the Remington at Ponte Vedra Lakes apartment complex. Rent is only $649/month, ride your bike to Target, Publix, etc. I love my apartment but just accepted a job offer out of state. :( VERY nice neighbors. Large kitchen, walk-in closet, nice screened in patio with storage. Deposit right now is only $99 and the application fee is $42. I will have paid rent through the end of November so if you move in before you won't owe any rent until December 1st! The lease runs through 7/11/2010 at which point you can negotiate renewal based on the rental rate I was given. Email with any questions, I'll make sure to get right back to you. Thanks!
