I have one large bedrm for $150 a week that includes all utilities, no deposits or credit checks. Price is for single occupancy, extra person, possible extra charge. We all share a well stocked, sanitized, bug free kitchen, liv rm and bathrm with tub/shower. We don't supply linens, pillows, towels, paper towels, garbage bags or toilet paper. Our neighborhood is the safest in Jacksonville, FL, heavily patrolled by the police and is NOT in a flood zone (hurricane season). We are located minutes to downtown, shopping, etc. and centrally located between all colleges/hospitals.
