The Database Marketing Analyst must have the capability to provide a wide range of support to the Director of database Solutions and the Manager of Database Solutions. This includes the ability to analyze and summarize client data to answer client questions about their customers. The Database Marketing Analyst must also be able to manage complex data management projects with little supervision or management. This includes working with the Account Managers and clients to understand business requirements and translate those into instructions for both the Alterian Technical Support team and the Direct Mail Services production team. A Database Marketing Analyst becomes familiar with a client�s marketing strategies and analysis needs. Manage intake of campaign requests, conduct regular and frequent client communication to establish clear requirements and expectations. Responsible for maintaining project logs for each assigned client and reviewing with the client on regular scheduled weekly status calls. Quality checks all fulfillments of campaign requests, Interface with Database Administrators when campaign results are not generating the expected results.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Has proper planning and scheduling of work to insure work is completed correctly and on time. Works independently. Has proper organization and task turn over. Good interaction with co-workers and other PCD staff. Must be an analytic thinker and have a natural desire to understand the logic and results that are generated from the tool. The following services are in support of Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) Information Technology (IT) services and support. SWFLANT is a tenant command located at the Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia. The mission of SWFLANT is to assemble, test, onload, and offload D5 missiles for deployment on TRIDENT Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) submarines.

� Convergent is looking for a mid-senior Information Assurance Specialist that will be responsible to:
� Maintain a list of authorized users by system.
� Provide initial IT security/ indoctrination training and assist new users with establishing passwords and access to required systems.
� Manage account and password requirements for all user and system accounts in accordance with DoD, DON and SWFLANT IT security directives and instructions.
� Establish and maintain password and account administration functions for IT system users of SWFLANT developed and maintained applications.
� Maintain logs and records to reflect accurate configuration data and track network, server, workstation, and application downtime.
� Provide a written incident report (CDRL A003) to the IAM, IAO and COR when an IT security violation is found.
� Create and maintain accreditation documentation.

� The Information Assurance Specialist will be at a minimum Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Government approved equivalent.

Support environment:
