I am 30,female,student.I have work and school,when I am home I'm quiet with homework and projects,or just relaxing because I am so busy!! I am ALMOST very, very boring because I am in the last couple of years with my program and that is my priority. I'm not really boring! I am looking for roommates,though,that are in the same lifestyle and mindset that I am-quiet,sophisticated,no drama,clean. Someone that is laid back but responsible. The most important thing for me in terms of roommates is that we get along and respect each other.Ie-no parties,no loud noise at night,cleaning up after yourself in common areas.I would think stuff like that would be common sense and I would like to live with people that think so,too.

Just some things about me:I do drink, but not excessively and don't party,I like music,movies,arts,and I am a very open person. I like to go out to restaurants,etc,but I don't party and get excessive.. I'd like to room with people who,if not students,are quiet and over the age of at least 25.I'm allergic to cats and to smoke,just to let you know. Right now I am relying on the public bus for transportation, but not for long.I do need a place in the Southside area for this reason and with close proximity to a grocery store,Walmart,etc. Please tell me about yourself and the place, move in costs,etc.
I am not interested in any sugardaddy situation,DONT ASK.
