I'm a 55 yr old single retired female looking to share your home with you for a reasonable monthy rental fee - which includes utilities. I am allergic to cats . . . so, if you have cats, it won't work out. I don't have a problem with a dog. I will not tolerate smoking in the house or the abuse of alcohol. I have no patience for pot smoking and the use of drugs. I like a clean and organized home.
I didn't have children . . . and pursue a number of interests such as reading, writing, browsing book stores, swimming, some gardening and do love cooking.
If I move into your home, I'd expect the interior temperature not to go above 76 degrees. I don't tolerate heat and humidity very well.
