Hello my name is Branden and I am 25 looking for one or two roomates to share a nice house and a yard. The house has 3 bedrooms an 2 baths, hardwood and tiled floor. I would perfer people between the ages of 21 through 35 but we can talk. If one roomate it would be 450 a month if two roomates it would be 300 a month plus that price for deposit. we would split the utilities and there would be no hard background paperwork as i already have the house, just an agreement that it would be through a certain time frame probably 6 plus months. I am hoping to get roomates by the first. The house is in a very nice neighborhood.
