hello my name is mike, i currently reside in starke, fla. desperately need to, but most importantly WANT to move back to jax. simply........ I LOVE the city of JAX....... i just dont have the money to just find a place to live , with security deposites , first and last , plus utilities on top of that. that is why im here, i am searching for anybody that can use my respectful skills as a groundskeeper, car detailer, lawn care, one man cleaning crew, tree pruning, weed eating, handyman. i really cant afford any rent at the moment, at least until i find a job in jax . that is why i am posting the ad this way. 1) i dont drink alcohol of any kind , never have . 2) i dont do any drugs at all, never have. 3) i will never ask to have any parties, cookouts, or large gatherings of any kind. out of respect for you and your home. Im not trying to imply that im perfect, this is just my preference. i wouldnt want that done to me. my worst habit is cigarettes, but i am a very very lite smoker, maybe 5 or 6 cigs a day. I also hate to smoke in a house, especially where i live. i will honor , respect and pass any and all drug screenings, past history background tests, and screenings with flying colors. never been convicted of anything what so ever .
