My little brother is moving here in about 45 days. Mid december he'll be in Jacksonville. I don't have a place for him to stay. he's a full time college student, plays the guitar & does whatever he does. He's on a fixed income so he CAN'T pay more than $250 a month for rent. And since he's using all his money to travel here, he doesn't have anything for a first/last month rent. But he's very reliable & get's his bills paid on time. He needs a room...
