A beautiful house with a room for rent at Stonehurst Plantation off CR-210. It is located North of St Augustine (south end of Jacksonville). The house has new wood flooring through out and furnished with entertainment center with 42" plasma tv, 1 dinning table (seat 4),1 computer table,1 queen bed and a kid bed and a 3 seater recliner leather couch and some cooking appliances and plates. You are welcome to use these stuff!!The community has a pool, basketball, volleyball, soccer and baseball field. It is just 15 minutes from the St. Johns River access, 20 minutes from Baymeadows rd and the Avenues mall and 20 minutes away from the ponte vedra beach and 30 minutes to downtown using I-95. UNF is about 25 mins away.
