My fiance and I are looking for a room for rent in either a guest house/garage apartment/add on suite etc. We are both mature, responsible and clean--just looking for a place to stay short term while we are saving for a house. He has a son who stays with him every other weekend, and I am expecting a baby in February. We really only need a bigger one bedroom for now though. Only looking to spend around 400 including utilities, but will consider spending a little more. We do not party or drink or anything of that nature, we really would be pretty unnoticeable. So if you have a spare room in a guest house or something of the sort and interested in making some extra money each month, we would be greatly appreciative.
