Greetings. I am a 27 year old male who is active duty Navy. I am leaving in April for a 6 month deployment and searching for housing until then. I have good background/ credit check and can provide references if necessary. I am college educated, open-minded, good with computers, honest, able to cook (but not great lol), clean, respectful, dependable and mentally/emotionally stable. I am looking for a male or female roomate in the Mayport/Beach area that is dependable, respectful and clean. I would like to avoid a situation where I am living with someone and their significant other/friends for the better part of the day (unless they're paying rent).
