I currently live and work in gainesville at Shands. I just got a position at Shands Jacksonville and will be relocating within the next couple weeks. I'm a 23yr old responsible w/f. I also plan on taking classes in the spring. I'm organized, quiet, and believe in honest/open communication. I'm looking for a year lease. I require access to a W/D. I have all my own bedroom furniture so I will not be needing a furnished bedroom. I don't really have anything for the livingroom or kitchen. I have my own vehicle so a bus route is not important. I need the rent+utilities to stay under $500. I dont mind male female gay or straight. I'm easy to get along with. Wireless internet is prefered but cable isn't important to me.
