Avoid scams and fraud by dealing locally! Beware any arrangement involving Western Union, Moneygram, wire transfer, or a landlord/owner who is out of the country or cannot meet you in person.

This is new for me, my situation is I am waiting to hear from a position in the Middle East, and do not want to sign a lease in case it comes through. I am currently renting a room at a friends house and she has rented out her whole house now and I need a bed to sleep, a place for my two dogs (one is a Pomeranian and the other is a 30lb, mutt), they are well-trained, house broken and the mutt is crated still, I work a good job that has future potential... I do NOT drink or do drugs, it's just not for me, I like to cook, but don't have to, if you'd rather not. (the privacy/ allowed things would have to be discussed I;m sure) I have a storage unit full of furniture etc. I sort of have a boyfriend, but not very serious, he is a life long family friend as well. I have a brother here in Jax, and my Dad and his g/f live in Palm Coast. I work 730 to 430 m-f. I am in the house usually by 11 every night. best to email me with your information....
