My name is Deb and I am in need of a new home for my kitty and myself. I moved here last year from Maine. I love where I'm at but unfortunately the owner is losing the house so I need to plan ahead.
My needs are really basic. I just want to be at the beach. I am single and have no children. I am gainfully employed. My background check is clean.
So, if you have something available or coming up soon please let me know. Ideally, I would like to move for Dec. 1st. (I leave next week for two weeks to go see my family in Maine.)
So, anything east of Penman / 9th str. south would be ideal. Not interested in anything further west at all. On my days off I just love to park my car at home and ride my bike everywhere.
Basically, I am an extremely laid-back and easy-going type of person. I have no drama in my life and would prefer the same in a housemate. I have awesome references available.
