Job Description
The Network Support Analyst/Engineer works directly with centers to provide network, server and desktop installation, support services, as well as general techhnology troubleshooting and maintenance.
Local applicants only.

Position Details:
� Provides remote and onsite technical services resolve technical issues that involve desktops, laptops, Windows servers, firewalls, various consumer desktop applications found in small/medium size business environments, including Windows server products and Microsoft infrastructure applications such as Exchange and SQL
� Works directly with end-users and contract IT personnel providing a high-level of communication
� Implements new hardware and software at NE Florida reginal center sites
� Maintains and monitors systems, applications, security and network components
� Troubleshoots performance issues and recommends upgrades and new technology solutions
� Provides technical support and IT services using remote support tools
� Familiar with best practice IT procedures for networks with between 5 and 250 seats, ability to convey essential information to clients
� Works with senior staff members with varying areas of expertise
� Reports to Network Administrator
� 90% support of existing clinics/networks, 10% new project/implementations

Compensation: Salary is largely based on past experience.

Educational and Certification Requirements:
