The normal schedule is 8-12 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday being the primary days, but it is possible that you could work up to 15-20 hours per week depending on the store availability in your area. Typical hours are two 4-hour shifts on Saturday and one 4-hour shift on Sunday, although individual store traffic patterns and candidate availability are taken into account.
