• Complete working knowledge of both automated and traditional underwriting systems and the reps and warrant that attaches to these products.
• Ability to handle a large volume and still work within a lead role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be extremely organized
Training and Experience:
• 3-5 years in the mortgage industry within the underwriting field
• Bachelors degree preferred or appropriate experience.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy and courteous and helpful attitude to residents and potential residents. Primary Responsibilities:
