I am a succesful artist here in Jax and I am looking for a building /retail space to use for hosting montly art shows. What I need is a place to use just once or maybe twice per month to host these showings. I really am not looking to pay a constant monthy rental fee since I only need the space a few times a month. So, whats in it for you? First, an art show in your building will bring in hundreds of new visitors with money to spend. By all means please try to lease out the building or sell the building to the potential clients or give me the info to include on our art show flyers to let clients know that the building is for lease/sale. Second, we would be willing to offer 20% of our sales to the landlord instead of monthly rental fees. Now dont get me wrong, we might be able to swing a deal in paying rent but, we would rather not go that route unless its a very good offer....not some sort of 1000.00 per month rental fee!

We are really looking for space in the areas that would be suitable for an art show or at least suitable to us. Were looking at the areas in or near San Marco, Riverside, Downtown, or St Augustine.
