Howdy~ Senior Citizen Christian Grandma & her adult Son are in DESPERATE need of a LARGE 2 bedroom/ 2 bath or a 3 bedroom/ 2 ba home or 1st floor condo at the Beach. Preferably Old Atlantic Beach (near the Ocean) or Nept Or S. Jax Beach. We don't have the best credit due to medical bills. We are GREAT people, just down on our luck right now. We are NON SMOKERS & don't have a lot of visitors over. Mainly my Daughter & Grandaughter. We have a very small, VERY well behaved Jack Russel dog that must make the journey w/ us! Don't have a large savings for a big deposit, we are hoping someone would be willing to work with us....I am a Heart Patient & my Adult Son is mildly disabled and is seeking disability. He's able to barter out some work in exchange for rent credit, deposit credit. We are a Strong Christian Family unit.
