Hi i am a 35 year old white male relocating to Jacksonville Florida. I am trying to sell a house that I built in Washington and I am in need of a place to stay until I can afford a nice place for my self. I am a superintendent for a general contractor here in Washington. I have been a carpenter for 17 yrs and I am very good at what I do. However the wage in Jacksonville is about half of what I am use to making so this does not leave me with any money. However I really need to find a place to stay in Jacksonville my kids are there and it is very important that I can be closer to them. So what I could offer some one is to help them fix or remodel a house , building , build a shop what ever on the side for a place to stay.
