We will set up a tent in the NE corner of Beach Plaza Partyland has agreed to supply balloons
MOCA will handle press releases for their “cube” car appearance at the event. For more information go to: www.mocajacksonville.org.
We will provide a PA sound system and have 2 musicians for the event
Fundraiser: Girl Scout Car Wash 10am-2pm
“Fashion Extravaganza” 5pm-7pm. Master of Ceremonies is Revelation Entertainment (Ted Rogers 904.894.8299). Ted is a singer/songwriter/DJ and is available for any occasion. Hair Studio by Tre’ Salon will provide hair and make-up, Black Tie Formals will provide evening/bridal wear for 6pm Fashion Show to be held in The Plaza Ballroom.
Crabcake Factory will provide appetizer tasters for the Fashion Extravaganza to be hosted in The Plaza Ballroom
Our primary goal is to generate foot traffic to the center to increase your customer base. We ask that each tenant have a table with literature about their company available under the tent. You are encouraged to supply coupons and/or samples if applicable. If you are not able to be present, please let us know. An Ashco representative will be available to promote your business.
