Beginners Class in Meditation - Class 1

This is a beginners class for members who are not presently familiar will disciplined meditations. This particular class will focus on 'Breathing meditations' as well as 'Silent and empty meditations'. All members are welcomed to attend. This class will be an hour and a half long.
