Peoples First Community Bank, a full service lender, is currently seeking an experienced, qualified individual for the position of Residential Loan Originator in the Gainesville market.
The Residential Loan Originator is responsible for soliciting business from all available sources and to track a loan from application to the closing, making certain that all borrowers, realtors, builders, etc., are kept well informed and pleased with the service provided. The Loan Originator will have extensive contact with customers and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank. Minimum Education/Experience required: HS Diploma or GED Equivalent. Computer proficiency and good sales aptitude a must. A minimum of 2 years of recent first mortgage loan origination experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
